It brings together music production and DJ education, film making, advertising, and creative management under one roof — alongside a dedicated listening room and an independent record store. This listening room is not designed for distraction. It’s a controlled playback environment for people who engage with sound deliberately. VINTAGE TECHNICS SB-440 MONITORS are driven without correction or softening, moving air with physical weight and zero compromise. A TUBE AMPLIFIER sits at the core of the signal path, introducing harmonic density and natural compression where it belongs — in the circuitry. The XONE ANALOG MIXER handles gain staging and summing without digital intervention, preserving signal integrity end to end. Playback runs on TECHNICS SL-1210 MK2 TURNTABLES, mechanically stable and time-tested, fitted with ORTOFON NEEDLES calibrated to read the groove, not gloss over it. This is friction-based sound.
